What if there is a failure to charge?

In case of failure to charge, conduct the following checks:
1. Check whether the power plug is plugged properly in the power socket; If not, plug it firmly in time before use;
2. Confirm whether the power socket indicator is on; If not, switch on the power switch;
Check whether the adapter is properly connected with the vacuum body; If not, connect it and then check it; If the charging problem remains, contact the after-sales service in time.
