Robot is unable to start.

1. Is there a flashing red light and error message when the robot starts? If there is an error message, please confirm the fault information prompted on the APP and handle the fault according to the prompts.
2. Please use the ship type switch to forcibly shut down the robot before starting the robot for operation.
